The Hispanic Leaders Group of Greater St. Louis was
founded in 1983.  Our business is to represent the
Hispanic community and voice its concerns informing
politicians, policy makers and the public at large.
About Us
The mission of HLG is to be a representative, strong, and supportive
voice of the Hispanic community in the regional St. Louis area, by
keeping informed and abreast of local and national issues that impact
the Hispanic community, to promote views on issues to help in the
development of a harmonious and diverse St. Louis community.
Purpose
The purpose of this not-for-profit organization shall be to serve as a
coalition organization for the Greater St. Louis Hispanic community.

It is the intent of this group to promote the Hispanic views on issues
such as:

o        
Education
o        Culture
o        Language
o        Immigration
o        Policy Analysis
o        Health
o        Economic Development
o        Organized Labor
o        Employment
o        Political Awareness, and
o        
Civil Rights.

HLG acts as a positive influence and conduit to focus Hispanic energy
and resources as the Greater St. Louis Hispanic voice in our community.
Nonprofit Status
HLG is a not-for-profit organization under the provision of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service
code.
